Zach's litigation experience encompasses a wide variety of probate practice including trust and will contests, trust and estate litigation, and both prosecuting and defending Elder Abuse cases.
Zach graduated from University of California - Hastings College of the Law. There he won the prestigious CALI Award for being the top student in his Criminal Procedure class and won a scholarship for his writing on the PG&E bankruptcy. He then worked successfully as a Public Defender, gaining experience as a litigator and winning trial attorney.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Zach was a clerk for federal judges for many years. He is also a veteran of the US military. Zach enjoys spending his free time mountain climbing, sailing, or running marathons.
