Caroline Hammer is a dynamic legal professional with a strong academic background after earning her Business Management degree from Loyola Marymount University by the age of 20. She then later turned her focus towards postgraduate studies and successfully completed her law degree at Santa Clara University School of Law where she excelled in alternative dispute resolution, diplomatic negotiation tactics, and mediation strategies.
Her legal journey began as a law clerk for the Riverside County District Attorney in Indio, California where she not only advanced to the Final 16 round and beat out more than 50 law clark participants in a countywide closing argument competition, but also demonstrated exceptional skill as one of the only first-year clerks to have reached this high level watermark.
Throughout her time in law school, Caroline contributed her expertise as a law clerk to an estate planning firm in San Jose, California, which cemented her interest in further pursuing a career in estate litigation. This experience greatly amplified her desire to help families peacefully move forward upon navigating difficult, drawn out, and often divisive conflicts between relatives and heirs.
Beyond her many professional pursuits, Caroline enjoys spending her free time playing pickleball, devouring sci-fi/fantasy novels, participating as a team member on competitive trivia nights, and staying on top of the latest developments on reality TV competition programs. Her multifaceted interests on a wide range of subjects more than contribute to her well-rounded commitment towards maintaining a high level of excellence in her work.
