Intake Specialist interfaces with inbound callers interested in setting appointments to meet with our attorneys. The goal is to not only set an appointment, but to bond with prospects, and use our follow up sequence to ensure they show up as scheduled.

In addition to $16-20 an hour (about $37,440/year), you will receive a $7 bonus for each prospect that shows for their appointment. On average Intake Specialist earns bonuses of $240 per month.

We are specifically seeking people that enjoy bonding with others, communicate clearly over the telephone, have the ability to type 40 words a minute while talking on the telephone, show up on time every day, and frequently smile. Prior experience in the legal field is a major plus.
