Sarah Brouillard

Sarah Brouillard is an Associate Attorney in the litigation department at The Legacy Lawyers, PC, where she focuses on helping clients navigate complex and unexpected legal disputes with clarity, compassion, and confidence. Originally from Rhode Island, Sarah brought her East Coast roots and a strong commitment to advocacy to California, where she now represents individuals facing challenging legal circumstances.
Sarah approaches litigation as more than simply resolving a legal dispute. She sees her role as providing clients with a steady source of guidance during uncertain and often overwhelming situations. By taking on the legal burden and helping clients understand the process ahead, Sarah works to give them greater peace of mind so they can focus on healing, moving forward, and making informed decisions about their future.

Experience
Sarah began her legal career after graduating from Suffolk University Law School in Boston and relocating to California. After sitting for the California Bar Examination, she joined The Legacy Lawyers as a law clerk, gaining firsthand experience with the firm’s litigation practice and the clients it serves.
After passing the bar and being admitted to practice in California, Sarah officially joined the firm’s litigation department as an associate attorney. Her practice centers on representing individuals facing difficult disputes and helping them navigate the legal process with a clear understanding of their rights, options, and next steps.
Sarah is particularly drawn to the human side of litigation. She recognizes that clients often come to the firm during moments they never expected to face, and she strives to serve as a steady anchor throughout the process. Her approach combines attentive client service, thoughtful advocacy, and a commitment to easing the stress that can accompany complex legal matters.
Personal Life
Outside of her legal practice, Sarah enjoys writing fiction novels, painting, and cooking. Her creative interests provide another outlet for the curiosity, attention to detail, and thoughtful perspective she brings to her work with clients.
