Savannah Andre

Savannah has litigation experience in probate and civil courts. She handles complex cases relating to trust litigation, will contests, probate litigation, conservatorship disputes, and civil litigation where she thrives in court and on the battleground of oral argumentation. Savannah can often be found making appearances in probate court, and appears regularly and is acquainted and comfortable with the local rules of the following court locations: Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles, Alameda, Shasta, Santa Barbara, San Bernardino, San Luis Obispo, and San Diego. She is also well-versed in the local rules of Orange County's probate superior court.

As a young attorney, Savannah has an extensive legal background that includes working at the San Bernardino district attorney's office. While in that position, she completed four evidentiary probable cause hearings as a certified ABA law clerk, and secured a held to answer on all four preliminary hearings on all charges alleged. Some of those charges consisted of first- and second-degree burglary, child endangerment, evading arrest, receiving stolen property, and felon in possession. Additionally, she also clerked for an Orange County Superior Court judge where she experienced three full-length criminal trials from start-to-finish, and gained firsthand information as well as valuable legal knowledge in the eyes of a reputable criminal judge. She also spent two years practicing as a law clerk at a civil litigation firm where she experienced nearly all matters related to civil litigation, whether in drafting complaints or doing extensive written discovery with subpoenas included. At that time, she also secured a judgment on a civil complaint for breach of contracts/common counts under the supervision of an attorney.

Savannah earned her law degree with an emphasis on business law at Chapman University’s Fowler School of Law. Her undergraduate degree was received in English Literature and was also completed at Chapman University.

In her spare time, you can find Savannah out on long distance runs, spending time with her family and her dog, and of course always learning more and more about the law!
