Philip Ye

Philip currently works on conservatorships, elder abuse cases, and trust & probate litigation and administration. Prior to working at The Legacy Lawyers, he worked in estate planning, trust administration, and business, corporate, and real estate transactions, all of which have contributed significantly towards building a strong base of legal knowledge and helped form his ability as a trust and probate litigator.

Philip is an graduate of Chapman University's School of Law where he worked as a certified law clerk and received the Commitment to Service Award at the Alona Cortese Elder Law Clinic for pro bono legal work he performed for developmentally disabled adults and elders who suffered physical and financial abuses. He is also a certified mediator, and received the prestigious CALI Award for his participation in Chapman University's School of Law Mediation Clinic. He is more than keenly aware that trust & probate litigation is always a highly emotional subject, and has used the many skills he acquired in law school and further developed during his professional experience as an attorney to navigate highly contentious cases while still attending to the emotional needs of his client's and ultimately achieving their legal goals.

In his spare time, Philip enjoys spending time with his wife watching basketball and mixed martial arts, playing golf and tennis, cooking, and traveling.
