Mark Krause

Mark is an Associate Attorney located in the firm’s Fountain Valley office whose practice includes trust litigation and administration, probate litigation and administration, conservatorships, and elder abuse cases.

His prior work experience focussed mostly on legal work in bankruptcy and bankruptcy-related litigation including numerous appearances in bankruptcy courts in all four districts of California.

Mark received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy with a minor in Biblical and Theological Studies from Biola University, and later received his law degree from Pepperdine University's School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude on a President’s Scholarship. During law school, Mark served as a law clerk for Azusa Pacific University’s Office of the General Counsel, as a certified law clerk for the Victim Impact Program in the Compton Branch of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office, and as a research assistant to the Director of the Herbert and Elinor Nootbaar Institute on Law, Religion, and Ethics, and Louis D. Brandeis Professor of Law, Robert Cochran.

In his free time, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children, exercising, reading books about philosophy and history, and trying out new and interesting restaurants in town.
