Born in Yekaterinburg (Ekaterinburg), Russia, Maksim brings a global perspective and a grounded, people-first approach to his work. He’s a longtime hockey fan, following the Florida Panthers and keeping up with the local hockey scene as well.
Outside of the office, Maksim enjoys going to the movies and spending time with his family—simple routines that help him stay balanced and energized.
