Julie’s focus is in the areas of trust litigation, conservatorship matters, and elder abuse. She is passionate about exposing the fraudulent and fiduciary breaching activities of bad actors to the court and setting aside their transactions.
Prior to her employment with The Legacy Lawyers, Julie represented Chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees in the investigation and recovery of estate assets. She represented all parties in adversary proceedings with focus primarily on preferences, fraudulent transfers, post-petition transfers and nondischargeability actions.
Julie has also been selected to the California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, an honor given to only the top 2.5% of bankruptcy lawyers in Southern California under forty (40) years old. Julie is admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Central District of California and all courts of the State of California.
