David’s litigation focuses strongly on resolving disputes in the areas of trusts, probate, estates, conservatorship and guardianship law. Additionally, he regularly advises in cases pertaining to trust removal, accountings and related surcharge actions. David covers both individual and corporate trustees on the protection, management and associated duties of trust administration.
David has been selected to the California Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, an honor given to only the top 2.5% of estate litigation lawyers in Southern California under forty (40) years old.
Prior to practicing law, David worked as a consultant and advocate at a prestigious non-profit firm specializing in providing access to individuals with disabilities. He uses his experience in disability and elder law to represent clients initiating conservatorship and guardianship proceedings.
