Carolina handles a variety of probate cases, including Conservatorship Matters, Trust Litigation, Trust Administration, Probate Administration, and Elder Abuse causes of action. She is a passionate and caring advocate who procures the best possible outcome for her clients.
Carolina is a Spanish attorney who came to California to pursue a legal career. She completed an A.A. in Paralegal Studies at El Camino College (Torrance). She excelled in College which helped her to receive a scholarship to complete her legal education at Loyola Law School, receiving a Master’s Degree in Law.
Prior to her employment with The Legacy Lawyers, Carolina worked as a litigation law clerk for a fast-paced personal injury law firm in Los Angeles where she grew professionally while gaining knowledge about all processes of litigation and trial preparation.
Outside the courtroom, Carolina enjoys spending time with her husband and son, hiking, and traveling.
