Phillip Lemmons is a seasoned trust, estate and probate attorney who represents professional fiduciaries, trustees, executors, administrators, conservatees, conservators, guardians, beneficiaries and omitted heirs in all probate court related matters. He has handled a wide range of cases from challenging the validity of multi-million dollar trusts to releasing seniors from inappropriate conservatorships. He is an extremely talented and aggressive litigator.

He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Southern California and his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law, where he also received an Exceptional Achievement Award in Tax Litigation. He served as a law clerk at several locations: LAPD’s Police Litigation Unit, California Superior Court for the County of Los Angeles, and the United States Attorney’s Office, Tax Litigation Division. Prior to law school, Phillip Lemmons served as a Public Safety Officer at the University of Southern California.

Drawing on his law enforcement background and extensive experience as a probate litigator, Phillip Lemmons authored a book titled: “Stealing Home, A Cons Guide To Inheritance Theft.” He has spoken at legal events on various estate planning topics. He is a member of the State Bar of California, the California Bar Association Estates and Trust Section, the Orange County Bar Association Estates and Trusts Section and the Los Angeles County Bar Association Estates and Trusts Section.
