  1. Push-ups – Too easy? Try Spiderman Push-ups
  2. Squats – Not that hard? Try Squat Jumps
  3. Lunges – Too boring? Try using a couple of weights
  4. Plank – Not hurting your core enough? Try Slide Plank
  5. Run in place – Not in pain yet? Try High Jumps or … a Marathon
